Delete your SIPLAB account
SIPLAB app by SIPLAB
In the app (fastest)
- Open SIPLAB and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email be.tools9x@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my SIPLAB account". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, sign-in methods and display name.
- Your synced library: favorites, collections, pantry, equipment, ingredients to avoid, preferences, drink history and ratings.
- Your community content: posts, photos, comments, likes, the reports you filed and your blocks. Comments other people left on your posts are deleted with the posts.
- Your subscription record in SIPLAB.
What is kept
- Recent database backups are kept for a short time; deleted data disappears from them as they rotate out.
- Short-lived server logs (IP address, time) used for security.
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
Data stored only on your device without an account is removed when you uninstall the app. More details: Privacy Policy.
