Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SIPLAB mobile app and website ("SIPLAB", "we"). By using SIPLAB you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use SIPLAB. Contact: be.tools9x@gmail.com.

1. Who can use SIPLAB

You must be at least 13 years old. Recipes containing alcohol are only for people of legal drinking age where they live; if you are not, do not make or drink them. If you use SIPLAB for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You can use most of SIPLAB without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account).

4. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and period are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your store account settings. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. Deleting your SIPLAB account does not cancel a subscription.

5. Community content

You may share posts, photos and comments. You keep ownership of what you share. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and adapt it (for example resize photos) in order to run SIPLAB, for as long as it remains on SIPLAB. You must have the right to share it.

Do not post content that:

You can report content and block other users. We may hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse SIPLAB: no attempts to access other accounts or our systems without permission, no scraping or bulk copying of our content, no interfering with the service, and no reverse engineering except where the law allows it.

7. Our content

The app, its design, the recipe catalog, texts and photos belong to SIPLAB or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use within the app. Store terms (Apple's standard license agreement and Google Play's terms) also apply to the app.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and SIPLAB may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; we will show the new effective date here and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use SIPLAB after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimer and liability

SIPLAB is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm from preparing or consuming drinks. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Ending use

You can stop using SIPLAB and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering SIPLAB.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
