Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the SIPLAB mobile app and website ("SIPLAB", "we") collect, why, and the choices you have. SIPLAB is operated by SIPLAB. Questions or requests: be.tools9x@gmail.com.

In short: you can use SIPLAB without an account, and then your pantry, favorites and settings stay on your device. If you create an account, we store what you save so it syncs across devices. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

1. Without an account

The app downloads the recipe catalog and photos from our servers. Your pantry, favorites, settings and drink history are stored only on your device. Our servers receive the technical data every connection carries (IP address, time, the request), which we keep in short-lived server logs for security and troubleshooting.

Sign-in and security events (time, IP address)To protect accounts and investigate abuse.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions are bought and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card details. We use RevenueCat to check which subscription you have: it receives your app account identifier (or an anonymous identifier if you are not signed in) and the purchase receipts from the store. 4. Service providers

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect users against fraud or abuse.

5. Recipe content and AI

Some recipes and drink photos are drafted with the help of AI tools and then reviewed by our team before they are published. Your personal data is not used to train AI models.

7. Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, synced library, community posts, photos, comments, likes, reports and blocks. If you cannot use the app, email us from the address on your account; see Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing be.tools9x@gmail.com. You can change your display name, password and preferences in the app at any time. We answer within 30 days. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited by account and role, and community photos are kept in private storage and shown through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you find a problem.

10. Children

SIPLAB is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Alcoholic drinks are meant only for people of legal drinking age where they live. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date. For significant changes we will also tell you in the app.
